Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped through USPS. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items and packages that have confirmed delivery. If your tracking number has stated that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS and file a claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to double check your shipping address and email address when placing an order.

If a package is returned to Impeccable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for the package to be redelivered.
