Sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by USPS manhandling. 

We do not refund shipping under any circumstance.

Business hours are Monday through Friday emails will be responded to as soon as possible. We try to get orders out in 2-4 business days, but it depends on the volume of orders received. During seasons with high volume orders it can take up to 5 business days for orders to be processed before shipment. Once orders are shipped you will receive tracking to the email address provided at checkout.
